PHOTOGRAPHS
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE RETURNED WITH YOUR ORDER.
Your photograph should be supplied as good a quality as possible,
remember the quality of your photograph will influence the quality of your gift.
Try to send a clear, sharp print as the photograph will have to be enlarged.
We know how important your photos are and we will take every care with them
to ensure they are safely returned to you.
But in the unlikely event that your items may be lost in the post
we cannot take responsibility when they have been sent correctly.
DIGITAL CAMERA IMAGES
Should be supplied as a JPG and sent to our email address.
Please do not crop or retouch your images as we can do that here.
We can make your images Black & White, Sepia or any style you require
just let us know when you send us the details for your order,
we also retouch your images and take our red eye.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
FRAMES
Our frames are glass clipframes and are in two sizes.
A3 (420mm x 297mm) and A4 (297mm x 210mm)
DELIVERY OF GOODS
All our personalized products are dispatched 1st Class Royal Mail.
Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery once your
proof has been approved.
Our delivery times wherever stated serve as a guide. We cannot guarantee
that the products will be with you on any specific date.
If for any reason your order is delayed we will inform you either by phone or email.
We can only deliver to the address details provided to us on your order.
Any incorrect address details provided, resulting in lost or undelivered items are your responsibility.
Once the item is delivered to the users' postal address,
the risk of loss or damage is passed to the user.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original
is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an
administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch
before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
Please note:
We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries if delays occur by
causes beyond our control including, without limitation:-
Severe weather conditions; Industrial disputes; Fire; Strike or labour disputes.
SPECIAL DELIVERY (NEXT DAY)
Foto Fit-Up make no guarantee with regard to delivery times
unless ordered as Special Delivery (Next Day).
If your order is required before 4 working days then please
contact us before ordering for Special Delivery pricing.
LOST ITEMS
Occasionally orders can go missing, please check with your
Royal Mail sorting office and with neighbours before contacting us.
As with all items that we dispatch we receive Proof of Posting from Royal Mail.
If your order has been lost we cannot offer a refund until Royal Mail has investigated
the missing item which usually takes Royal Mail between 14-21 days.
PAYING DIRECT VIA WEBSITE
You can pay direct via our website using our online payment system which
is via PayPal and accepts most major credit cards and debit cards.
Once payment has been received you will receive an
automated email confirming your order.
CHEQUES
Please make cheques payable to:

Orders will be processed once cheques have cleared.
(Allow 5-7 working days for cheques to clear).
Cheque order deliveries:
Orders cannot be dispatched until cheques have cleared,
this can be between 5-7 days depending on your bank.
Once cheques have cleared please allow 2-4 days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
We can adapt any personalized gift to suit your requirements and make your gift
even more personalised. Just place your order and send us your requirements to us at:
info@fotofitup.com.
GUARANTEE
We will supply the correct personalised gift to you using the
personalized details which you supply to us.
Be sure to check all spelling and information that you supply before
sending to us the details as there is a 25% charge if the
details supplied are incorrect once printed and we have to redo the item.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel
your order you must inform us immediately prior to printing.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Due to the personalisation of our product(s) we will not be able to
provide a refund unless the product(s) is either damaged on arrival
OR if we have made an error.
Every product is created to order and cannot be refunded as
it cannot be sold to anyone else with your details on.
We provide our customers with email proofs to check and confirm
all personalisation details on the product.
Orders are only printed once we receive a confirmation email from you.
Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot
refund products which have been spelt incorrectly.
The customer is responsible for returning items to us.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items which go missing during transit.
We recommend customers use a Recorded / Signed For delivery service when returning items.
If your item is damaged on arrival it must be returned to us Recorded / Signed For
(returns costs borne by customer) in the condition in which you received it
within 7 days of delivery and with a note stating the problem.
Because of the personalisation of all of our products they cannot be re-sold,
and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind
or if it has arrived late due to Royal Mail.
Each gift is unique and we cannot sell a gift to someone else with your details on.

Website on our links page are not under our control and are not maintained by us.

ERRORS
Occasionally, despite our best efforts errors sometimes do happen.
If an error occurs please contact us first to let us know what has happened.
Should we make an error from your written instructions, we will replace your item or offer a refund.
We will redo the order as it was initially ordered only.
Errors in personalised items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions. You are responsible for the text that you send us so please check the details carefully before submitting your order.
We will print exactly what you supply. We are not responsible for missing
or incorrect information that you have provided.
Please ensure that all personalized details supplied to us are correct when placing your order as mistakes cannot be rectified after the order has been printed. Foto Fit-Up take no responsibility for any mistakes supplied by you.
If you made an error on your order details and want us to reprint it for you, we will do so but we will have to make a charge of 100% of the product cost.
OUR RIGHTS
All designs, content and images displayed on printed matter, advertising or our websites are the property of Foto Fit-Up and is copyrighted and should not be copied in any way or form. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions. This does not effect your statutory rights.
RETURNING ITEMS TO US
If you have to return an item please return it with the original packaging and
also include a covering letter explaining the problem.
