PHOTOGRAPHS
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE RETURNED WITH YOUR ORDER.
Your photograph should be supplied as good a quality as possible,
remember the quality of your photograph will influence the quality of your gift.
Try to send a clear, sharp print as the photograph will have to be enlarged.
We know how important your photos are and we will take every care with them
to ensure they are safely returned to you.
But in the unlikely event that your items may be lost in the post
we cannot take responsibility when they have been sent correctly.
DIGITAL CAMERA IMAGES
Should be supplied as a JPG and sent to our email address. E-mail your images to: info@fotofitup.com

FRAMES
Our frames are glass clipframes and come in two sizes.
A3 (420x297mm) and A4 (297x210mm)
DELIVERY
Allow 2-5 days for delivery from your approval of proof.
Cheque order deliveries: Allow 2-5 days for delivery once your
cheque has cleared and your approval of proof.
Most items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class standard post.
Foto Fit-Up cannot be held responsible for delays
outside our control with postal deliveries.
PAYING DIRECT VIA WEBSITE
You can pay direct via our website using our online payment system which
accepts most major credit cards and debit cards.
Once payment has been received you will receive an
automated email confirming your order.

Orders are processed once cheques have cleared.
(Allow 5 working days for cheques to clear).

SPECIAL REQUESTS
We can adapt any gift to suit your requirements and make your gift
even more personalised. Please telephone for more information.
GUARANTEE
We will supply the correct gift to you using the
personalised details which you supply to us.
Be sure to check all spelling and information that you supply before
sending to us the details as there is a 25% charge if the
details supplied are incorrect and we have to redo the item.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel
your order you must inform us immediately.
REFUNDS
Due to the personalisation of our product(s) we will not be able to
provide a refund unless the product(s) is either damaged on arrival
or if we have made a mistake in your order details. If the product(s) is
damaged on arrival or if we have made a mistake with the details
we will replace your item or give you a refund.
Each gift is unique and we cannot sell a gift to someone else with your details on.

ERRORS
Occasionally, despite our best efforts errors sometimes do happen.
If an error occurs please contact us first to let us know what has happened.
Should we make an error from your written instructions, we will replace your item or offer a refund. We will redo the order as it was initially ordered only.
Errors in personalised items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions. You are responsible for the text that you send us so please check the details carefully before submitting your order.
We will print exactly what you supply. We are not responsible for missing or incorrect information that you have provided.
If you made an error on your order details and want us to reprint it for you, we will do so but we will have to make a charge of 25% of the product cost.
OUR RIGHTS
All designs, content and images displayed on printed matter, advertising or our websites are the property of Foto Fit-Up and is copyrighted and should not be copied in any way or form. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions. This does not effect your statutory rights.
RETURNS
If you have to return an item please return it by Recorded Delivery with the original packaging also include a covering letter explaining the problem.
