PLACING YOUR ORDER
Ordering online is easy.
Select the item(s) you require.
Proceed to checkout.
Enter your payment details on our secure online payment system,
you will then receive an automated email confirming your order.
PLEASE NOTE
You MUST click on the blue & white 'PAYPAL CHECKOUT' button
to make your payment for your order.
Once you have placed your order you can then send us
the details using your own email system.
When we receive all the details we will then process your order and send you
a PROOF to your email address. When you receive the proof please check carefully
that all the details and spellings are correct as once we receive your
confirmation email we then go to print and despatch your order.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs sent to us are returned once your order has been completed.
Please wrap your photos carefully so that they cannot be bent in the post.
Occasionally your photos are returned separately from your order as some orders
are sent in cardboard tubes and we do not want to bend the photographs.

DIGITAL IMAGES
We accept JPG images.
Make sure that the file size is as large as possible and saved as a JPG.
Do not scale or retouch the images as we do that here at production stage.
If you would like any help with preparing your images then please
give one of our experienced staff a call.

CD's
We accept CD's with your images but unfortunately we cannot return them.
If you send us a CD then please make sure that you only send us
copies of your original images.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
You can pay online using our secure online payment system.

(Allow 5 working days for cheques to clear).
Orders are processed once cheques have cleared.
