Can I order a Catalogue?
As we are continuously updating our personalised gifts we do not have
a printed catalogue as all our items are now viewed online.

How soon can I have my Order?
We normally allow 2-4 days once you have approved your proof via email.
Some items are 2-5 days from approval of proof (please check item descriptions).
Most items are usually delivered before the specified times but please
bear in mind that once it leaves our premises it is in the hands
of Royal Mail and we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date
unless Next Day Delivery is requested.

Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
You can either order one item or as many as you require.

Are there discounts if I purchase a larger quantity?
We do offer discounts for large quantities - contact us before placing your order.

What kinds of images can you use?
We can use images in JPEG, TIFF, PDF and Adobe Illustrator (AI) formats.
Higher resolution images will produce better results.
Do not crop or retouch the images in any way as we do that here.

If you require any help or advice when sending any images
then please call one of our sales team.

Will you send me a proof of my order?
Yes. After completing your order we will send you a proof via email
so you may have the option to make corrections before your order is printed.
Once we receive a confirmation email that your proof is correct
we will then be able to print your item.

Can I use my own wording or do I have to use your wording?
You can use your own wording or you can use the wording as seen.
The only stipulation we have is that we will not print or use any
material that may be regarded as obscene or offensive in any way.

Can I change the colour and design?
Yes. You can change the design and colours.
All our designs can be adapted to suit your requirements.

I have my own ideas and design can you use it?
Yes, we will create a gift using your ideas for you.
There is no extra charge for this service.

Can you include my logo in the personalised gifts?
Yes, we will be happy to include your logo in your personalised gift.

What if there is an error when I receive my item?
Errors are very rare but if your item contains a printing or type error
caused by us, we will gladly reprint your order at NO COST to you.
We will need you to return the item with its original packaging to us.
If the error was contained in the details that you supplied us then there will be
a charge of 25% for the corrections and reprinting of your item,
so please CHECK YOUR COPY CAREFULLY before approving your order.

Do you ship overseas?
No. We only deliver to UK addresses.
